F11 series: F11, F11 PRO, F11 GIM, F11GIM2, F11PRO 2;
U11 series: U11, U11S, U11 PRO;
MINI series: F11 MINI, U11 MINI, U11MINI 4K, U11MINI 4K RC3;
Please note: Individual accessories such as batteries, propellers, and backpacks are not eligible for trade-in at this time.
How Does the Trade-in Process Work?
1. Submit Your Application
Click here to fill out the online form and submit the details of your eligible drone.
2. Valuation & Appraisal
Our experts will review your submission within 3 business days. You will receive an email containing the estimated trade-in value and an exclusive discount voucher.
3. Return Your Old Device
Our specialists will evaluate your original drone to confirm its trade-in eligibility. If it qualifies for a return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
4. Redeem & Purchase
Apply your discount voucher at checkout to purchase a qualifying new drone on the Ruko Official Shopify Store.
5. Complete Your Order
Pay the remaining balance to finalize your purchase. Your new device will be shipped via our standard delivery process.
Appraise Your Drone Value
Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-refundable, and is valid only for the purchase of specified new drone models on the Ruko Shopify store.
2. It can be combined with other ongoing promotions on Ruko Shopify, such as clearance sales and limited-time discounts.
3. If not used before the expiration date, the voucher will become invalid and cannot be reissued or extended.
4. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Original Device Information
1. Each device is eligible for only one trade-in redemption.
2.The original drone may be in any condition (new, used, or damaged), but its state will directly affect the assessed trade-in value.
3.By participating in this program, you voluntarily forfeit all warranty and paid after-sales service rights for the traded-in device.
